We're closing our seed financing round, and our activity is financed for the next 2 years. We're currently improving our MVP.

Why we need a Head of Community

Because we believe the most exciting companies give us new ways of living, thinking and doing business. Many times they're solving a problem we didn’t know we had or a problem we didn’t pay attention to because we never thought there was another, perhaps better way. These companies don’t only invent something to sell us. They're not making products or services to incrementally improve on what came before.

They don’t just sell us better, the most exciting companies sell us different.

This is what we want to do at Capssion.

We want to invent a whole new game — asynchronous meeting — that will help everyone working-from-anywhere.

As a copywriter, you will be central to help us build our point of view — our strategic narrative — and tell this story to the world.

Your responsibilities

In a nutshell you will:

• Create a clear story — called a point-of-view — together with co-founders that explains and sells the category idea.
• Design & launch creative campaigns — called Lightning Strikes — shaping customers' thinking (think "No Software" from Salesforce).
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for various mediums (e.g. ads, blog posts, newsletters, website pages, etc...)
• Edit and proofread copy as needed. You will help build a culture of storytelling within Capssion.
• Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals.

Your Background

• English-speaking native
• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
